AxiomEFI Tune - Release 1.0.0 Alpha 20240430

Since last release:

Add pin settings to set pin bias/pullup on pins that have the hardware capability to configure biases/pullups
Fix a crash when "clear" is pressed on the color picker
Fix a craah when the top level of a multi-level feature item is clicked, but the top level item isn't a setting itself.
Fix corruption when apply-to is used after loading a calibration file (including loading active calibration after doing offline tuning from the diff report)
Fix a crash that sometimes happens when loading settings on the home tab
Make clicking off of axis bins while editing them in tables save the contents of the bin. Only escape "cancels" any changes made.
Fix an issue where some settings were getting sent to the ECU on calibration load whether they changed or not.
