Don't try to calibrate wideband if battery voltage is too low
Add output channels for wideband calibration data
Rename Lambda and Wideband translations and pins
- Lambda = a general input 1,2,3,4... could be internal or external
- Wideband = the two specific built-in controllers (A and B)
Don't try to read lambda when RPM is 0
Fix a bug where Tach Scope log viewer being active was changing TPS and other analog inputs
Power relay settings can be "always on"
Bump the max on idle duties/steps to allow for stepper operation
Allow digital inputs to be reconfigured on the fly
Allow wideband sensors to function across a wider range of heater temperatures
Remove erroneous setting of wideband ready (used by other code to enable closed-loop)
CAN fixes to allow CAN dash broadcast and CAN realtime data broadcast to work concurrently
