Changes since last release:

Remove fuel algorithm2
Change VVT on delay to whole seconds and time it from when the engine starts
Add dynamic rotary split table
Add dynamic dwell table
Remove time-after-spark dwell vs. RPM curve, use the dwell table instead
Fixed dwell duty - was giving double the commanded duty
Add MZR 2.5 as a VVT cam decoder (must set 36-1 wheel, etc.)
Add Nissan KA24 CAS360 decoder
Add injector current reporting
Add settings for OBD errors for flyback and current thresholds
Add OBD error tracking, injectors generate OBD codes
Add injector diagnostic gauges
CAN passthrough works
Rework knock to remove "count" and "time" for detection, and add more knock data realtime channels
Hide and disable dual-fuel and transmission control - will be re-enabled once tested and complete
