Not a build project but 3 of the cars I have installed Axiom ECUs in were at Daytona International Speedway for an SCCA regional club racing event this past weekend.
It was hot, heavy thunderstorms Saturday afternoon shortened the racing for the day. The cars won all races they competed in.

Must be the ECU!
Or maybe the drivers... yeah totally the drivers, full credits!
Congrats on so many wins!
What did you feel different using the Axiom vs your previous one, if you had one before?

Re: Axiom at Daytona SCCA event
The GTi and the BMW were both MS3 equipped prior to Axiom. The Miata had a stock ECU and was burning up valves every other weekend, the fuel curve at 70psi fuel pressure sucked.
A good friend who owns the car we first started testing Axiom with has described it best. Axiom vs MS3- Axiom "civilizes" things. MS works and works quite well but it does have its quirks. Closed loop O2 control combined with closed loop idle control can be a challenge, VVT can be a touch flakey. With Axiom these features just work and are typically MUCH easier to tune.
When I first started using Axiom I treated it as though it was just a super duper MS. It is NOT and because I have been using MS for so long ( over 17 years) that has been the biggest challenge for me.

As well as integrated full DBW with easy tuning.Prof315 wrote: Wed Jul 01, 2026 11:01 am MS works and works quite well but it does have its quirks. And can sneak in closed-loop O2 off idle in that list as well?

Closed loop O2 using the new "step" method just plain works. Idle, off idle, cruise, wot it all works and works well
