Fix some throttle by wire issues on the 600
Allow power to stay on during stepper homing.
Add config error for EGATE min/max backwards
Add VR/hall selectors for SS inputs. (600)
Fix config error number for stepper.
Based on testing, make EGO delay longer on transients with large lambda error, and increase overall delay by 15%.
Allow SWPWM and HWPWM outputs to be tested from Wiring Overview.
In open-loop boost with dome, boost target shows 0 to avoid confusion.

DBW pins now have pin selectors to show in usage. Code uses those for ADCs.
Custom PWM duty table maxes. Limit max displayed duty. UI tweak.
Fix a bug where any power off after setting RTC would cause the power hold on to take the full 1.1 seconds.
Several changes to properly support Axiom 600 hardware around I/O. (toggling pullups, recirc, etc)
Several changes to make engagement of settings sent from PPC over SPI faster.
Change USB iManufacturer and iProduct to AxiomEFI
Change USB product string to be model specific.
