New serial protocol for uploading firmware image to datalogging storage
Remove some datalogging commands from engine firmware, comms now responds directly
Fix false noise filtering on VSS and SS inputs.
Remove 65000 rpm on config error
Add check for CANbus# not enabled when using dash broadcasting
Custom sensors - if min/max is the same, ignore them
Add more power-cycle directives for CAN settings
Lambda correction checks sensor MAP is valid and correction is reasonable before applying to PW
