AxiomEFI Tune - Release 1.0.0 Alpha build 775 (20240830)

Changes since last release:

If multiple cells in a table cause errors, only pop up one error dialog window.
Add "window snapping" for moves and resizes. This makes it easier to position windows in tuning panels without overlapping them.
Rewrite dash to use the same gauges used in tuning panels.
- Move items up and down using right click->move up/move down respectively.
- Add/remove gauges with right click add/remove gauge respectively
Fix possible realtime data hang when adding/removing realtime data. (Adding/removing gauges, enabling PC datalogging, adding/removing dash items)
Fix a bug in "enabled" search in Feature Editor where sometimes things the user isn't searching for appear anyway
Make all pop-up dialogs "real" windows (with title bars) - fixes windows not having drop shadows and other window features in Windows.
