Miata 36-1 decoder added (36-1 with Miata cam wheel)
Fix Nissan CAS code for SR20, RB25, VG30, CA18, etc.
Honda spark output for distributor Hondas working (uses pin A6)
Enable new composite gauge format (more flexible text in gauges in addition to the normal numerical values). Currently only used for lambda guages on built-in lambda controllers.
Fixed dual-bank closed loop lambda control
Add VVT test dialog
Add "missing" pins on 600 and 1000 to wiring overview
Add power relay input to turn on power relay when key goes to start (300ZX)
Custom tables clean-up, some work on dynamic memory (not yet production quality)
