AxiomEFI Tune - Release 1.0.0 Alpha build 787

Changes since last release:

Fix config error so it pops up without restarting the software
Set ECU time on tuning software connect (datalogs will have the correct times/dates on them after connecting tuning software as long as the ECU permanent 12v remains powered, or the 3V battery connection remains powered)
Firmware uploader looks for 600-specific and 1000 (proto)-specific firmware in firmware image after checking the connected hardware model
Fix for "blank" pin settings when importing a tune from different hardware.
Installer and main software binaries are now signed in Windows.
