AxiomEFI Tune - Release 1.0.0 Alpha 20240618

Changes since last release:

- Add horizontal and vertical interpolation buttons to tables
- Use a toolbar instead of push buttons for math buttons on curves
- Change curve table line to small triangles to yield a better view of the numbers in the curve table view
- Get rid of psi.g and bar.g from sensor presets, assume sensors in pci or bar are always gauge
- Custom sensor user-set names show on new gauges and in datalog
- Custom names show in datalog field selector and old dash selector/dash items
- Add indicators for tables showing what cells have changed (works in 2d and 3d view)
- Make power cycle button ungrey when there are configuration errors
- Fix TPS calibration dialog's displayed ADC values
- Use names on SDCard log downloader
- Use names on gauge selector
- Make settings that share the same memory location load and save properly
- Fix an offline firmware loader bug where the loader would get stuck in an infinite failure loop if the engine has RPM.
- Add ability for curves and tables to use math calculations for defining followers
- Fix an issue with table color updates on 2D table view where on apply-to, if the table min/max changed, the colors displayed would be wrong.
- Fix an issue where comboboxes wouldn't update their options when things changed that required the contents to change
- Add test mode indicator to the bottom of the tuning window
- Add a better "About" box (Help->About AxiomEFI Tune), which should now allow the software to comply with dependencys' licensing terms.
